Pay Bill Online
Customers have the option of making a one-time payment with or without setting up an online account. Customers that setup an online account will have the ability to:
- Manage and pay multiple water meter service accounts
- Pay by debit card, credit card, or e-check
- Schedule recurring payments
- Freedom to update mailing address, phone number, and email address on file.
- Set up Text N Pay
- View history of online payments (moving forward)
- View statements (moving forward)
- Request email statements
To pay your bill online requires a Web ID. The Web ID is located on the billing statement. This is not the same as your account number. Please notify Point Baker Water System's office if you have any issues with using or find any errors in the online payment portal.
A convenience fee will be assessed for all online and phone payments: 3.95% for credit card transactions with a $2.50 minimum fee and a flat fee of $1.95 for ACH transactions

Pay Bill by Automated Phone System
To use our automated phone system please call (850) 318-3025.
Please have your WEB ID readily available. You can locate your WED ID on your paper statement or call the office directly to obtain this information.
A convenience fee will be assessed for all online and phone payments: 3.95% for credit card transactions with a $2.50 minimum fee and a flat fee of $1.95 for ACH transactions

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five to seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.
Payment Location
You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept credit cards, debit cards, cash, check, or money orders.
A convenience fee will be assessed for card payments.
An after hours drop box is located beside our drive up window.
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments will be delivered as a check through post office delivery, so be sure and enter our P. O. Box address. Please consult with your bank for more information.
